Transaction Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Real Estate.
- Previous experience in Project Management or Commercial Real Estate.
- A strategic thinker.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and policies.
- Proficient in MS Office.
