The Progressive Claims Adjuster Trainee should consult with experts and eyewitnesses, review the degree of impairment, and submit their findings to the supervising Claims Adjuster. You should also ensure that your superior is furnished with all pertinent, original documentation to ensure that clients are compensated on time.

Progressive Claims Adjuster Trainee Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the minutiae of every insurance claim.
- Conducting visual inspections of breakages and other applicable damage, if possible.
- Obtaining additional evidence from claimants, witnesses, and the relevant professionals.
- Receiving and considering statements from neutral parties, where feasible.
- Probing for and relaying potential discrepancies in accounts.
- Advising your supervisor of dubious behavior that might be indicative of fraud.
- Gathering and submitting your findings for review by senior staff.
- Supervising the timely repair of damages by contracted network providers.
- Completing all training activities as advised.
Progressive Claims Adjuster Trainee Responsibilities:
- High school diploma.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Quantitative Literacy, or Law is advantageous.
- Pertinent work experience is ideal.
- Own driver's license.
- Solid investigative, arithmetic, and reporting skills.
