PAM/EPM Engineer requisites:

An Endpoint Privilege Management Engineer is responsible for managing and securing privileged access to systems and applications. Below are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:

Responsibilities:

  • · Implement and maintain privileged access management (PAM) policies and procedures to ensure system and data security.

  • · Install, deploy, and manage PAM tools such as BeyondTrust or similar applications.

  • · Monitor and respond to security incidents related to privileged access.

  • · Conduct technical investigations and digital forensics to identify causes of security incidents and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • · Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

  • · Provide training and support to end-users on the use of PAM solutions.

  • · Develop and document security solutions and best practices for privileged access management.

Qualification

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • · Experience with PAM tools like BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or similar.

  • · Strong understanding of IT security principles, including cryptography, authentication, and network security.

  • · Excellent analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • · Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
