Job description
· Excellent oral and written communication with good listening skills
· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
· Knowledge & experience on selling IT services to verticals like Healthcare, Life science, Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
· Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo...
· Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation and pre-call planning.
Qualification
· 8-10 years of experience calling clients/prospects in the US/Canada
· Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high integrity and work ethics
