- Has experience working with AWS (or any other CSP) and on-prem hosted applications in hybrid cloud.
- Experience in implementing APM and RUM for end-to-end tracing and custom alerts with Dynatrace.
- Working with SRE teams to build integrations, custom plugins, and relevant dashboards.
- Working experience with production systems and a good grasp of the incident response process.
Core Capabilities:
- Expert level knowledge on Dynatrace integration with agents as well as APM and RUM.

- Identify any custom build required to enable full integration, given varying application tools and products.
- Implement the entire observability solution using Dynatrace for microservices, monolithic, and even SaaS-based applications and their infrastructure.
- Optimize any existing monitoring pipelines and log ingestion pipelines to ensure zero data loss.
- Build integrations for observability into on-prem and cloud-hosted applications using Dynatrace, ensuring deployment and continuous running of agents.
- Proactively identify any observability gaps that could impact MTTD (Mean Time to Detect) and rectify them.
- Administer the entire observability ecosystem and Dynatrace product for the organization.
- Consult and guide a team of observability engineers to implement the Dynatrace solution.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements on Dynatrace and its integrations to ensure a highly resilient solution is built.
