Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Apply Agile Methodology where applicable.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Ensure all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively resolve issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered with the highest quality standards and within scope.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting notes, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business,Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing Agile projects is strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (ScrumKanban, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRATrelloAsanaMS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications such as PMPScrum Master, or similar are a plus.
