Product & Reservations Support Consultant (JOOB)

The Position 

As a Product & Reservations Consultant you will be working on behalf of JOOB – Jump Out Of Bed Travel who are the newest part of Intrepid Travel! In this position you will manage the booking and confirmation with suppliers of all accommodation, transportation and required activities ensuring budgeted costs are correct and that all information relating to each booking is recorded!  

You will also provide assistance to two departments - Sales & Customer Service team and the Product team. Where there is an issue, you will provide accurate feedback and alternatives where appropriate, always working to improve processes and contribute to providing excellence in customer service. We have multiple opportunities available and these positions are permanent, full time and will operate on a hybrid basis out of our Colombo office.

Passion for travel is a must-have! In addition to that, you’ll bring with you: 

• Excellent systems knowledge and the ability to learn new systems easily 
• Experience with ticketing and other reservations processes 
• Reliable and responsible, with outstanding organisational and customer service skills. 
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external clients
